This article explains how to find the default login URL for your platform and how to set up a custom, white-labeled domain for your users and branches. Using a white-label domain provides a branded and seamless login experience.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Part 1: Finding Your Default Login URL

By default, your Nutrogen platform has a unique subdomain that serves as the login page for you, your branches, and end-users.

  1. Log into your Nutrogen Customer Admin dashboard.

  2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select View Client Profile. (Screenshot at 0:06 shows this selection).

  4. On the Profile Information page, locate the Subdomain Name field. The URL displayed here (e.g., yourbusiness.nutrogen.click) is your default login and registration page. (Screenshot at 0:13 shows the Subdomain Name field).

Part 2: Setting Up a Custom Login URL (Whitelabel Domain)

You can replace the default subdomain with your own custom URL (e.g., login.yourbusiness.com) for a fully branded experience.

  1. From the main dashboard, navigate to the Branding section in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click on Basic Branding.

  3. Find the Whitelabel Domain field. (Screenshot at 0:30 shows the Whitelabel Domain field).

  4. Enter the custom domain you wish to use.

  5. Important: You must configure your domain's DNS settings. Create an A Record for your chosen domain that points to the IP address 37.16.28.164. Your domain provider's support can assist with this step.

  6. Once added and configured, this white-label domain will become the new default login and registration page for all of your branches and their end-users.

How Custom URLs Affect Your Branches

  • Client-Level Override: When you set a white-label domain at the client level (as described above), it applies to all your branches.

  • Branch-Level Override: If your branches have packages with the "Basic Branding" feature enabled, they can follow the same steps to set up their own unique white-label domain. Their domain will override the main one you have set, but only for their specific branch and users.
