Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Access Your Profile Settings: From the main "Activity" dashboard, tap the user profile icon located in the top right corner of the screen. (Screenshot at 0:18 shows the profile icon location)

  2. Navigate to Data Sources: In the "More" menu, locate and tap on the Data Sources option. (Screenshot at 0:26 shows the Data Sources menu item)

  3. Select a Health Metric: You will see a list of biometrics tracked by the system (e.g., Sleep, Steps, Active Energy, Heart Rate). Tap on the specific metric you wish to configure. (Screenshot at 0:29 displays the full list of available metrics)

  4. View Integrated Sources: Once a metric is selected, such as "Steps," the app will display all connected sources currently providing that data (e.g., Garmin Connect, Strava, Apple Health). (Screenshot at 0:41 shows the list of integrated sources for steps)

  5. Adjust Source Priority: To change which device or app takes precedence:

    • Tap and hold the three-line drag handle on the right side of the data source.

    • Drag the source up or down to your preferred priority order. The source at the top will be used as the primary data provider. (Screenshot at 1:11 demonstrates dragging a source to a new position)

  6. Save Your Changes: After reordering your sources, click the Save button in the top right corner. (Screenshot at 1:20 shows the Save button)

  7. Confirm Success: A notification stating "Source priority saved successfully" will appear at the bottom of the screen. (Screenshot at 1:23 shows the confirmation message)

How Priority Works:
The Nutrogen platform automatically uses data from the source ranked highest in your list. If your primary source (e.g., a Garmin watch) is not worn or contains no data for a specific period, the system will automatically pull data from the next available source in your priority list (e.g., Apple Health) to ensure your calculations remain up to date.
