Step-by-Step Guide:
The Nutrogen app offers a holistic approach to wellness, extending beyond just food tracking. Depending on the features enabled in their assigned package, users can access multiple dashboards to monitor various aspects of their health.
How to Switch Between Dashboards
Users can easily navigate between the different wellness dashboards available to them.
From the main screen of the mobile app, tap the dropdown menu at the top center of the screen (it will initially say "Food"). (Screenshot at 0:04).
A menu will appear showing all the available dashboards. Simply tap on the one you wish to view. (Screenshot at 0:10).
Overview of Wellness Dashboards
Here is a breakdown of the information available on each dashboard:
Food Dashboard: This is the default dashboard and provides a summary of the user's daily nutritional intake, including calories, macronutrients, and key micronutrients.
Activity Dashboard: This dashboard syncs with the user's connected wearable device (e.g., Apple Watch, Garmin, Whoop) to display key activity metrics such as:

Steps
Heart Rate Variability
Calories Burned

Sleep Dashboard: By connecting a wearable device that tracks sleep, users can monitor:
Sleep Score
Total sleep time (vs. sleep need)
Sleep stages (Deep, REM, Light)

Readiness and Mental Wellbeing Dashboards: These dashboards provide insights into the user's recovery and mental state, showing data like:

Viewing Historical Data
On any dashboard, users can view their historical trends to track progress over time.
Tap the See History button to access a more detailed view.

Admin Control and Permissions
As a Customer Admin, you have full control over which wellness dashboards are available to your end-users. The visibility of the Activity, Sleep, Readiness, and Mental Wellbeing dashboards depends on the features you have enabled in the Packages your users are assigned to.
