Step-by-Step Guide:
Access the Dashboard Pillars: Log in to the Nutrogen platform and navigate to any of the five main dashboard pillars: Food, Activity, Sleep, Readiness, or Wellbeing. (Timestamp 0:17 shows the navigation menu).
Locate the AI Coach: On each dashboard page, look for the AI Coach button located near the summary section. This coach provides quick tips specific to the page you are currently viewing. (Screenshot at 0:08 shows the button on the Food Summary page).
Activate the AI Coach: Click the AI Coach button to open a personalized insight window. For example:
On the Activity page, it will display an "Activity Coach" popup analyzing recent workouts and training baselines. (Screenshot at 0:43).
On the Sleep page, it will display a "Sleep Coach" popup with analysis of sleep duration and quality. (Screenshot at 1:33).
Review Actionable Tips: Read the personalized feedback provided. The AI Coach analyzes recently synced data (like Garmin steps or HIIT workouts) and identifies gaps, such as missing logged meals or sleep debts. (Timestamp 0:52 shows the coach identifying a 28-minute HIIT workout).
Transition to AI Chat for Deeper Support: If you require more proactive support or detailed data analysis, click the Chat with AI button found at the bottom of any AI Coach popup. Unlike the Coach, which provides quick tips, the AI Chat agent has access to a wider range of tools to help users hit specific long-term goals. (Screenshot at 0:44 shows the button to initiate chat).
Update Your Data for Fresh Insights: Ensure users are regularly logging meals and syncing wearable devices. The AI Coach updates in real-time; once new data is logged (such as a high-protein breakfast), the Coach will provide a new, updated tip relevant to the user’s current status. (Timestamp 1:12 explains the update process).
Explore Pillar-Specific Suggestions: You can also use the "Smart Prompt" bar at the top of the dashboard to ask the AI specific questions related to that pillar, such as "Suggest a high-iron snack" or "Why is my carb intake low?" (Screenshot at 0:28 shows the prompt bar on the Food page).
