Tracking and Analyzing User Wellness Data

This article explains how Admins can access and interpret data for their users within the Nutrogen platform. By leveraging data from connected wearables, admins can monitor key health pillars to provide personalized coaching and data-driven guidance.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Access the User List: Log in to the Nutrogen platform and navigate to the Users List section in the main sidebar. (Screenshot at 0:08 shows the Users List navigation in the sidebar).

  2. Select a User Profile: Find the specific user you wish to monitor and click the View Profile icon (represented by a person icon) on the right side of their entry. (Screenshot at 0:12 shows the button to click to view the profile).

  3. Navigate to Wellness Pillars: Once inside the user's profile, look at the sidebar to find the wellness categories: Activity, Sleep, Readiness, and Mental Wellbeing. (Screenshot at 0:15 shows the wellness categories located in the profile sidebar).

  4. Analyze Activity Data: Click on Activity to view the user's daily movement. Here you can see their overall activity score, step count, intense activity minutes, and calories burned. (Screenshot at 0:21 shows the Activity dashboard view).

    • Note: Activity goals are automatically calculated based on the data provided in the Measurement & Meals and Nutrition sections. (Screenshot at 1:05 shows where measurements and meals impact these goals).

  5. Drill Down into Metrics: For a more detailed view, click on any metric (like "Steps"). This will open a bar chart where you can toggle between Day, Week, Month, or Year views. (Screenshot at 1:53 shows the detailed step chart window).

  6. Review Workout Details: Scroll down within the Activity tab to see specific workout sessions. You can view heart rate charts, duration, and "strain" levels to understand the intensity of the user’s training. (Screenshot at 2:11 shows the expanded workout activity list and charts).

  7. Monitor Sleep Quality: Click on Sleep to view the user's sleep score and breakdown. This includes total sleep duration versus their calculated sleep need, as well as time spent in Deep, REM, and Light sleep stages. (Screenshot at 2:35 shows the Sleep performance overview).

    • Scroll down to view the Heart Rate chart during sleep and the Sleep Bank to see if the user is in a sleep deficit. (Screenshot at 3:00 shows the sleep heart rate graph).

  8. Check Recovery and Readiness: Click on Readiness to see how well the user has recovered from previous days. This section displays Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Resting Heart Rate, and Oxygen Saturation. (Screenshot at 4:15 shows the Readiness score and recovery trends).

  9. Assess Mental Wellbeing: Click on Mental Wellbeing to view the user's mood history and the Stress Monitor, which tracks stress levels throughout the day based on wearable data. (Screenshot at 4:24 shows the mental wellbeing score and stress monitor graph).

  10. Utilize AI Coaching Insights: In each wellness section, look for the AI Coach box. This provides automated summaries and suggestions based on the user's data trends, helping you provide better guidance without manually analyzing every data point.
