Start a new Meal Plan:
Click the "Create Meal Plan" button, located on the top right of the window (Screenshot at 0:09-0:14). The creation wizard will launch and will bring you through all the steps of the meal plan creation process.
Add Meal Information (Step 1):
To add the meal plan's image, upload image to the 'Upload Meal Plan Image' area, or leave blank.

Enter the 'Meal Plan Duration' in number of days (e.g., 7 for a week-long plan).
Select "Number of Meals per Day" from the provided dropdown list to determine the frequency of eating events. (Screenshot at 0:39-0:47).
Choose which meals from the options below to include, such as "Breakfast", "Lunch", "Dinner", and "Snacks".
Click “Continue” to go to the next screen.
Set Ingredient Exclusions (Step 2):
To ensure compliance with specific medical, health or dietary requirements, use the 'Search ingredients' and search for ingredients that need to be removed from the plan. (Screenshot at 1:14-1:17 shows the "Exclude Ingredients" page.)
Click “Continue” to go to the next screen.
Set Health and Allergy Restrictions (Step 3):

Click “Continue” to go to the next screen.
Add Nutrition Information (Step 4):
This step involves adding the nutritional goals for the meal plan. Add the daily calories target. If you just know the percentage for each category (Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat), click “use percentages”. After clicking a popup will appear where you can insert percentages instead of grams, which will be auto-calculated by the system (Screenshot 1:59-2:54).
Click “Continue” to go to the next screen.
Add Food Items (Step 5):
Click “Add (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Snacks)”, according to what part of the meal plan you are adding (Screenshot at 3:24).
Click “Ingredients” and then search for an ingredient using the text box.
After selecting the ingredients, you will be able to manually adjust those items in the meals to add to the daily nutrition targets (Screenshot at 3:44).
Meal Plan Review and Completion:
Now press “Save Meal Plan”. If you have not completed steps correctly then the warning, “Missing Food Items” will appear. “Missing Food Items” means you need to add all food targets for the correct number of days.
