Step-by-Step Guide:
Access the Meal Plans Section:
Log in to the Nutrogen platform.
Navigate to the "Nutrition" section in the left-hand menu.
Select "Meal Plans" (Screenshot at 0:01-0:07 shows the navigation to the meal plans).
Navigate the Meal Plan Categories:
Use the tab functions to select the meal plan category that you are looking for (Screenshot 0:13-0:21). There are the ‘Dietician Meal Plans’ and the ‘Custom Meal Plans’ categories. In the future there will also be an ‘AI generated meal plans’.
Search for Meal Plans by name:
After selecting the Meal Plan type, you can search by the meal plan title. In the “search dietetic meal plan” enter a name (screenshot 0:21-0:30)
Sort Meal Plans
To sort a meal plan, select a value from the “sort by” dropdown menu on the right (screenshot 0:30-0:40). The meal plans can be sorted in these orders: name A-Z, name Z-A, most recent.
Filter Meal Plans
To apply filter settings click the ‘Filter’ button (screenshot 0:40). Now you are able to filter and add by: Plan duration, health and allergy options, and meals per day(screenshot 0:43-0:55).
