Step-by-Step Guide:
Access Client Profile: From the Nutrogen dashboard, click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. (0:06)
Select Client Profile Choose "View Client Profile" from the dropdown menu.(0:11)
Update Profile Information: You can update all of the following location information under the "Profile Information" tab, as displayed starting at 0:26:
Client Logo: You can upload or delete the existing Client Logo.
Business Name: Update the business name.
Legal Name: Update the legal name.
Owner/Manager's Name: Set the Owner or Manager's name.
Contact Email: Update the business' contact email address.
Address Information: Enter or edit the Address, State, City, Zip Code and Country.
Time Zone: Set the location's time zone.
Client Website: Input the location's website address.
View and Manage your Package Information From the "Package Information" tab (1:09) you can see at a glance:
Current Plan
Add-Ons
Payment Information.
From this Tab you can also: Pause the plan, which locks access for every connected staff member in the system. Cancel - which takes affect at the end of the current subscription period and locks all members out. Update - change the parameters of your active plan.Find Payment Information.
On the Package Information page, you can also :

Additional Information:
Staff Information: You can view the staff associated with your account by clicking the staff information tab (2:23).
Subdomain: You can view the auto-generated subdomain name that your clients can use to log into the Nutrogen system (0:47).
By keeping your location's profile information current, you can ensure smooth operations, accurate billing, and easy access to essential information for all users within your branch.
