Step-by-Step Guide:
Method 1: From the Branches List
Navigate to Branches in the left-hand menu, and then select Branches List (0:11)
Find the branch you'd like to view either by using the search or sort tools.
Switch to Branch Profile: Click the blue "Switch to Branch" button, which you can locate below each Branch listing (0:27).
A loading new profile bar should appearThis will bring you to the unique Dashboard for that branch.
Method 2: Quick Switch From the Top Menu
In the top left of the screen, underneath the Nutrogen Logo, you will see a drop-down selection labelled, Nutrogen Demo Client (0:33)
Click this field to have a list of existing branches appear in the drop-down.
Click a branch to load that instance to the screen
A loading new profile bar should appear
Returning to the Customer Admin View
Once you've switched to a specific branch profile you will be able to see their instance, however you can easily revert back to your account profile by clicking the "Switch back to super admin view" in the drop down menu (0:56).
With these methods, Nutrogen customer admins can quickly navigate to specific branch views to provide targeted assistance and support.
