How to Deactivate (Delete) an End-User

This article explains how Nutrogen administrators can deactivate an end-user within the Nutrogen platform

Updated over a month ago

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Navigate to the Users List: From the Nutrogen dashboard, go to the "Users" section in the left-hand navigation menu, and then click "Users List" (0:31).

  2. Find the User: Use the search, filter, and sort functions to locate the user you want to deactivate.

  3. Click the Deactivate Icon: Click on the "Deactivate" icon (red circle with a line through it) to the right of the user's row in the list (0:36).

  4. Confirm Deactivation:

    • A pop-up box will appear (0:39) asking you to confirm the user deactivation.

    • Type "Deactivate" in the text field provided to confirm your choice.

    • Click the "Confirm Deactivation" button (1:40).

  5. Confirmation: A confirmation message will appear confirming that the user has been deactivated.

Important Notes:

  • Deactivated users can no longer access the Nutrogen platform (mobile or web app).

  • Deactivating a user will not delete their profile and information from the Nutrogen platform. The user's data will remain unless a request is made from a privacy point of view that the data should be deleted.

  • If the deactivated user wishes to regain access, they must resubscribe or be reactivated by an admin to a plan or package, or by resubscribing on their own.

  • Be cautious when deactivating users, especially those with active subscriptions. Removing access from users who have paid for the service could cause issues.
