How to Delete a Staff User in Nutrogen

This article explains how to quickly and permanently delete a staff user from the Nutrogen platform

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Navigate to the Users List: Log into the Nutrogen platform. Select Users in the left-hand menu, then select the Users List option in the dropdown. (0:08)

  2. Select the Staff Tab When the Users page appears, click on the tab labeled Staff. By default, the page will show End-User data - click on the Staff menu to view a list of those team members. (0:17)

  3. Find staff member you wish to delete, using the search, sort or filter tools, as demonstrated in the previous User Guide.

  4. Delete User: Click the delete button at the end of the staff user listing, to the right of their record (0:55). You will see the red delete icon.

  5. Confirm Delete: You are required to enter "Delete" in order to fully delete the user. There is no way to reverse this action (1:02). Enter "Delete" into the field, then click Delete Staff Profile.


    You'll be provided a message to confirm your success. The User has now been fully removed from the system, and you will no longer be able to access their profile.
