Step-by-Step Guide:
Access Users List: From the Nutrogen dashboard, click on "Users" in the left-hand menu, and then "Users List". (0:08)
Select the Staff Tab. Note there are distinct differences between adding users and Staff. For the purposes of this guide, you will click on the Staff menu. (0:12)
Find the staff member: To find your user with ease, you have many options for sorting or searching with the tools above the Staff list, or you can scroll down to the user you need.
Edit the User: Find their user listing, and click the blue User icon at the end of the user row (0:28)
Next: This tab will bring you to the Basic Information of the Staff User - from there, click Next.
Module and Permissions As well as viewing a particular staff members Account Information or details regarding their Activity, you can change their permissions, using the tab in the top-left to select Permissions (0:40)
Here you can customize user permissions to grant them the appropriate level of access within the system.Save Changes: Once you've made the desired permission adjustments, check the Term and Conditions box, and click Save Changes. (3:31)
This is how you quickly manage the specific user abilities - note that, as shown on the screen, changing the account permission will often effect further permissions, due to their relation in the system.
By following these steps, you can assign the appropriate permissions to any member of your staff and prevent access to secure modules.
