Managing Staff User Branch Access: Assigning Multiple Branches to a Single Staff User

This article explains how Nutrogen Customer Admins can assign a single staff user to multiple branches

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Navigate to the "Users List"

    • From the left-hand menu, click "Users" and select "Users List" (0:10).

  2. Select the "Staff" Tab

    • Select the "Staff" Tab to access a full list of all staff members. (0:15)

  3. View the Staff User's Profile

    • Locate the staff user you want to edit. In the right-hand column, click the "Person" icon (0:25).

  4. Access the Account Information

    • On the staff member’s profile page, navigate to the "Account Information" section to edit the branch associations for the staff member. (0:51)

  5. Select Multiple Branches

    • Use the "Branch" checkboxes to select one or more branches, or remove them (1:11). Please note: Staff users will maintain the same permission set across all branches that they are associated to.

  6. Save the Changes

    • After making your changes, click the "Next" button and then click the "Save Changes" button on the final page (1:34).

  7. Confirmation

    • You will receive a notification confirming that the staff user has been edited. Click "Done". (1:34)

  8. Verify Branch Access

    • Return to the Staff List (1:41) to verify the Branch access has been applied to the selected staff user in the list of all staff.

  9. With the Branch Associations Added Staff Can Swap Branches Within the Platform

    • With the Branch Associations Added to the Staff Account, The Staff User Can Switch To A Desired Branch from Their Client Profile to manage branches. (2:00)
