How to Create and Add New Branches

This article guides Nutrogen customer admins through the process of adding new branches (locations) using the Branch Creation Wizard

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Access the Branches List: Log in to the Nutrogen platform. On the left-hand menu, click "Branches" and select "Branches List" from the dropdown. (0:09)

  2. Start Branch Creation: Click the "+ Add Branch" button. (0:11)

  3. Basic Information (Step 1): This will open the Create a Branch wizard. (0:06)

    • Add a Logo: Click "Upload Image" to add a logo for your branch. Note the recommended image size.

    • Business and Legal Information: Fill in the "Business Name" and "Legal Name" fields.

    • Owner/Manager: Enter the "Owner's/Manager's Name".

    • Contact Information: Add the location's "Contact Email" and "Contact Number."

    • Address: Enter the location "Address", "Country," "State," "City," and "Zip Code."

    • Branch's Website Input the location's website URL.

  4. Configure Package Options (Step 2):

    • Choose a package You can choose a set "Package," for the branch or "Skip Package Plan" and allow the branch to chose a package on first log-in (0:50).

  5. Configure Staff Roles (Step 3): Select a user role for the branch, add in their personal details and set their profile picture and contact details. This is the first user to log in to the system (1:24)

  6. Set User Permissions: Select the user role and configure the set of available modules and access levels that the new user will have, before clicking Continue

  7. To continue without setting a users role, Save permission as User Role (2:38)

  8. Review and Finalize: The system then summarizes the created staff users, as well as their different permission levels.
    Click Create Branch to create the branch with the supplied data.
    A confirmation message should then appear saying, "Branch Added".
    Your new entity can now be found listed in your list of Active Branches in the system.
