How to Edit Branch Packages in the Nutrogen Platform

This article guides you through the process of editing existing branch packages in the Nutrogen platform

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Navigate to the "Finance" section in the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Click on "Package Lists".(Screenshot at 0:05 shows the "Package Lists" option in the navigation menu.)

  3. In the top left of the screen, select the “Branch Packages” Option.

  4. Navigate to your "Branch Packages" list. (Screenshot at 0:09 shows selection).

  5. Find the package you wish to edit and click the “Edit Package” button on the right side of the screen.

  6. Edit the details of the package on the "Plan Details" Screen. (Screenshot at 0:31 shows Plan Details Screen)

  • Select the package recipient: Keep at branch packages.

    • Adjust "Plan Name" and "Description", and then hit “Next” on the bottom right side of the screen.

  1. You can adjust the category to make sure that the package is in the right filter by clicking on the Category option and following the steps to change it. The process involves changing the category, moving the position of it, if needed, and then clicking “Next.” (screenshot at 0:54 shows change)

  2. The next part is editing the pricing for the Package.

  • Monthly (set your monthly pricing)

  • Yearly (set your annual pricing)

  • Price per Active End User (allows you to create a tiered rate for branches with a range in active customers)

  1. Next you’ll be taken to features, where you can select the features for each tier, to make sure that branches have the tools that they need at the proper times (Screenshot at 3:15 shows selection).

  2. You can turn off features for a tier if you would like to give some packages less access (Screenshot at 3:15 shows features toggle off/on in this screen). Click “Next” once finished.

  3. Edit the Trial Period before payment is asked for, by selecting on or off the trail day feature (Screenshot at 4:31 shows the Trail Period settings).

By following these steps, you can edit packages, and enable or disable access of new features.
