How to Find and Search Packages for Branches and End Users in the Nutrogen Platform

This article explains how to search for and edit existing packages for branches and end users in the Nutrogen platform

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Navigate to the "Finance" section in the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Click on "Package Lists".(Screenshot at 0:07 shows the "Package Lists" option in the navigation menu.)

  3. Select "Branch Packages" or “End-User Packages” in the dropdown menu in the top left of the page (screenshot at 0:22 shows options)

  4. On the Package list page, select "Status" to filter by ‘Active’ and ‘Inactive’ and “Categories” to filter even further into your defined categories.

  5. Locate the package you wish to edit and click the “Edit Package” button on the right side of the package. (Screenshot at 0:27 shows a package card)

  6. To edit the Package Details

  • Update the Plan Name or Description

  • (Screenshot at 0:34 shows plan edit).

  1. You can update the Category associated with this Package, click “Change Category.”

  2. You are given the option to set both monthly and yearly amounts for the service, or select "Price Per Active End User" for end user payments on the current Package. (screenshot at 0:40 shows Pricing features to toggle off/on in this screen.)

  3. Here you can choose which Features your package will include.

  4. Turn Off or Turn On any features that you want to include with the package in question (Screenshot at 0:57 shows turn on functionality).

  5. Set if the plan will have a trail period before the end user needs to pay for the service. Once finished, click “Save Changes” to update and publish this Package.

  6. With each saved change, a notification window will appear that confirms the actions you’ve recently completed (Screenshot at 5:02 shows success)

By following these steps, you can quickly search for and edit packages in the Nutrogen platform and manage their pricing, options and features.
