Step-by-Step Guide:
Navigate to the "Finance" section in the left-hand navigation menu.
Click on "Package Lists".(Screenshot at 0:05 shows the "Package Lists" option in the navigation menu.)
Select "End-User Packages" in the dropdown menu in the top left of the page (screenshot at 0:18 shows the "End User Packages" option). This will filter the package list to only show packages created for end users.
Allow Branches to create their own packages:
The toggle at the top allows the Client Admin to enable or disable the ability for branches to create their own packages for their users.

If you wish to retain control of this functionality, turn this toggle off.
To create a custom end-user package, click the "+ Add A Package" in the top right corner.
In the "Plan Details" section, enter a "Plan Name" and "Description" for the new package.
Select "End-User Packages" for "Select Package Recipient". Click "Next".
On the "Category" screen, select a "Category" from the dropdown menu. Click and drag the package to re-order it within the category, if necessary.
Click "Next".
On the "Pricing" Screen, select your pricing model:
"All (Weekly, Monthly & Annually)"(Screenshot at 2:10 shows pricing options.)
"Weekly and Monthly"
"Monthly and Annually"
If you selected any of these, then add the prices for each.
Click "Next".
On the "Features" section, enable the features that will be included in this package by toggling each on or off (Screenshot at 3:02 shows features to toggle on/off). Once finished, Click "Next".
On the Trial Period section, specify whether you wish to offer a Trial Period, and the number of days in the trial (Screenshot at 4:12 shows the Trial Period settings). Then click "Complete".
This creates a template of the end-user package that will be used by your branches, the details of the package can be reviewed in the package list (screenshot at 4:53 shows where your package has been created)
By following these steps, you can create customized end-user packages, empower your branches, and improve the financial health of your business.
