Step-by-Step Guide:
Navigate to the "Finance" section in the left-hand navigation menu.
Click on "Package Lists".(Screenshot at 0:05 shows the "Package Lists" option in the navigation menu.)
Select "Branch Packages" in the dropdown menu in the top left of the page (screenshot at 0:21 shows the "Branch Packages" option). This will filter the package list to only show packages created for end users.
To create a new branch package, click the "+ Add A Package" in the top right corner.
In the "Plan Details" section, enter a "Plan Name" and "Description" for the new package.
Select "Branch Packages" for "Select Package Recipient". Click "Next".
On the "Category" screen, select a "Category" from the dropdown menu. (Screenshot at 1:47 shows "Category" Selection)
You can also re-order the packages in this screen. (Screenshot at 1:57 shows re-ordering package options.)
Click "Next".
You can now select the type of payment and amount that the branches will be charged for the plan:
"Monthly" allows you to specify the Subscription Cost charged to each branch every month (screenshot at 1:47 shows pricing option). If choosing this option, skip to step 13.
"Price per Active End User" will set the plan pricing on a pay as you go model for each user the branch uses in the plan (screenshot at 2:11 shows this option).
Choose the Price per Active End User amount: weekly and monthly (screenshot at 2:11 shows this pricing option). If choosing this option, skip to step 13.
After selecting the pricing structure, click "Next".
On the features screen, enable the features that will be included in this package by toggling each on or off (Screenshot at 3:15 shows features toggle off/on in this screen). Once finished, Click "Next".
Now select the trial period. Choose the period of time that this plan will have a free trial, then click complete to finalize the plan (Screenshot at 4:42 shows the trial period setup.)
You've now created a package on the Nutrogen platform, from the Client Admin view.
