Understanding End User Status: Active vs. Inactive (Member/Client/Customer)

This article explains the difference between "Active" and "Inactive" end-user statuses within the Nutrogen platform.

Updated over a month ago

Key Differences Between Active and Inactive Users:

  1. Navigating to Users List: From the Nutrogen dashboard, go to the "Users" section in the left-hand navigation menu, and then click "Users List." (0:02)

  2. Identifying the Status: On the "Users" Tab, note the status listed in the second to the last column (1:10)

  3. Active Status:

    • An "Active" end-user has a current subscription to a package within Nutrogen.

    • They are able to log in and access the platform fully.

    • The Nutrogen client will be charged a $2.50 per week, per active user fee (1:05).

    • To be classified as active, a user must have an ongoing subscription. (0:45)

  4. Inactive Status:

    • An "Inactive" end-user does not have an active subscription to a package.

    • They cannot log in and access the Nutrogen platform. When trying to log in, a notification will appear to that effect. (1:23)

    • The Nutrogen client will not be charged the $2.50 weekly fee for inactive users.

Troubleshooting:

If an end-user is in an "Inactive" status and is unable to access the platform, they will need to either:

  • Log in to their account, or

  • Contact an administrator for assistance to subscribe. (1:55)

Once the user has subscribed to a package, their status will automatically update to "Active", and they will be able to access the Nutrogen platform immediately, without the need to do anything else. (2:00)
