How to View High-Level Dashboards, to Understand How the Business Is Doing

This article will walk you through the various things one can do with the dashboard on the client side

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. To get to the "Dashboard" first select from the side navigation.

  2. Here, you get a quick overview of the top, number of branches this month, number of users that are active, and active users over time, to keep on top of the growth that is happening as users utilize this application (Screenshot at 0:22 shows top panel on dashboard).

  • You’re going to be able to get that month to month number so, you, as a customer, are able to determine month over month if there is growth on average each month.

  1. Here, you can find average order value. (Screenshot at 0:51 shows the screen that pops up)

  2. You can get monthly recurring revenue by looking at the dashboard as well as average revenue per user, and customer lifetime value (Screenshot at 1:01 shows revenue)
