Step-by-Step Guide:
You can assign any meal plan to any end-user in your system, even if their subscription package doesn't include the meal plan feature.
Assigning a Meal Plan to One or More Users
Navigate to Nutrition in the main menu and select Meal Plans. (Screenshot at 0:04)
Find the meal plan you wish to assign from the "Dietitian Meal Plan" or "Custom Meal Plan" tabs.
Click the More button on the meal plan's card. (Screenshot at 0:16)
From the dropdown menu, select Assign to User. (Screenshot at 0:21)
A pop-up window will appear, listing all the users in your branch. You can search for a specific user by name.
You have two options for assigning the plan:
Assign to an Individual: To assign the plan to a single user, click the Add Plan button next to their name. If the user already has an active meal plan, this button will say Override, which will replace their current plan. (Screenshot at 0:40)
Assign to Multiple Users: To assign the plan to several users at once, check the boxes next to their names and then click the Assign to Selected Users button at the bottom of the window. (Screenshot at 0:35)
Managing Visibility of Completed Meal Plans
You can control whether users can still see their meal plans after they have completed them.
Navigate to Settings in the main menu and select Features. (Screenshot at 1:22)
Click on the Nutrition tab.
You will see a toggle switch for Show completed meal plans to users. (Screenshot at 1:26)
Enabled (On): This allows users to keep completed meal plans visible in their app. They can view the plan or choose to follow it again.
Disabled (Off): This will hide the meal plan from the user's view once they have completed it.
