How to Manage Meal Plan Visibility

This article explains how to control which users can see specific meal plans in your branch. Learn how to make a meal plan visible to all users, hide it completely, or show it only to specific individuals.

As an admin, you have granular control over which users can see specific meal plans. If you wish to hide the entire meal plan feature from all users, you can do so by editing the user's package under Finance > Packages. The following steps are for managing the visibility of individual meal plans.

  1. Navigate to Meal Plans: From the main dashboard, go to Nutrition in the left-side menu and select Meal Plans. (Screenshot at 0:04).

  2. Select a Meal Plan: On the "Dietitian Meal Plan" or "Custom Meal Plan" tab, find the specific meal plan you want to manage.

  3. Open Visibility Settings: Click the More button on the meal plan's card, then select Visibility Settings from the dropdown menu. (Screenshot at 0:31).

  4. Choose a Visibility Option: A pop-up window will appear with three options to choose from:

    • Show for all users: This is the default setting. The meal plan will be visible to all users in your branch. (Screenshot at 0:38).

    • Hide from all users: This will make the meal plan invisible to everyone in your branch. (Screenshot at 0:53).

    • Custom visibility: This option allows you to hide a meal plan from specific, chosen users. (Screenshot at 0:59).

  5. Configure Custom Visibility: If you select "Custom visibility," a list of all users in your branch will appear. Check the box next to each user you want to hide this meal plan from. (Screenshot at 1:02).

  6. Save Your Settings: After making your selection, click the Save Changes button to apply the new visibility rules.
