How to Search and Filter Recipes in Nutrogen

This article describes how to efficiently find specific recipes using Nutrogen's search, sort, and filter options

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Navigate to the Recipes Section: Go to Nutrition > Recipes in the main menu. (Screenshot at 0:00).

  2. Select Recipe Category: Navigate to the "recipes" screen with tabs for "Custom Recipes", "Dietitian Approved Recipes", and "Online Recipes." Select a tab to narrow your search.

  3. Search by Name:

    • In any of the Recipes sections (Custom, Dietitian Approved, or Online), use the search bar to find recipes by name. Start typing, and the results will update dynamically. (Screenshot at 0:17 highlights search function)

  4. Filter Recipes:

    • Click Filter

  5. Select the required specifications

    • Calories per Serving (less than 300, etc)

    • Protein/Carb and Fat content levels for each serving

    • Number of Ingredients and meal type

    • You can also add and use health and allergy lables as a filter (vegetarian, vegan, peanut free) Screenshot at 1:30 highligts this

    • Cooking Method, Season, Popularity and Cuisine are also available

    • Click Show Results to reveal recipes that match search requirements.

Additional search instructions for this category

  • There are certain requirements as for which filters a certain category is required. (1:45)

  • You can also sort with A-Z for names

  • Or by highest to lowest prep time. (2:04)
