How to Change Update and Reset a Staff Member's Password

This article guide if a staff member at one of your branches forgets their password, or access to the Nutrogen platform is lost

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Navigate to Users List: From the Nutrogen dashboard, click on the Users tab and then the Users List button (0:10).

  2. Find staff member whose password you need to reset.

  3. Edit Staff Details: In the Staff table, click on the Staff member's profile picture (0:26). A modal should appear showing the profile.

  4. Scroll Down Scroll all the way to the bottom of the Profile Information section.

  5. Reset Password: Click the "Reset Password" button (0:45). This will send a password-reset email to the email that is on file.
    (or)

  6. You also have the option of setting the password yourself in the Change Password field (0:41)

  7. Set a strong password in both fields to complete the change.
