Overview

A key capability of this platform is providing administrators and staff the ability to monitor, manage, and assist end-users with their nutritional tracking and goals. This feature allows for a level of oversight and curation not typically found in standard consumer applications, enabling more personalized support. The central location for this is the "Nutritional Information" section within a user's profile.

How to Access a User's Nutritional Information:

  1. Go to User List: Navigate to the main list of your users.

  2. Select User: Find the specific end-user whose information you want to view.

  3. Open Profile: Click on the user's profile icon or name to access their detailed profile page.

  4. Navigate to Nutrition: In the menu on the user's profile page (often on the left-hand side), click on Nutritional Information.

Information Available for Viewing:

The Nutritional Information section provides a comprehensive snapshot of the user's activity and settings, including:

  • Daily Tracking: An overview of the foods and meals logged by the user on a day-to-day basis.

  • Nutritional Goals: The user's current targets for calories and macronutrients.

  • Weight Goal: The primary objective set by the user (e.g., Lose Weight, Maintain Weight, Lean Muscle Gain).

  • Weight Tracking: A history of the user's logged weight entries and progress over time.

  • Food & Allergy Restrictions: Any dietary preferences or restrictions the user has recorded.

  • Meal Plans: Details of meal plans currently assigned to the user or those they have followed previously.

  • Recently Used Recipes: A list of recipes the user has recently logged or interacted with.

Management Capabilities:

This section empowers staff to provide direct support by allowing you to:

  • Update Goals: Adjust the user's calorie/macronutrient targets or modify their primary weight goal (e.g., switch from weight loss to maintenance).

  • Manage Weight Tracking: Add or edit weight log entries if necessary (e.g., if a user reported their weight outside the app).

  • Assign Meal Plans: Directly allocate specific meal plans to the user's profile.

  • Review Consumption: Analyze daily food logs to understand eating patterns and adherence.

  • Monitor Progress: Track overall progress towards nutritional and weight goals.

Benefits for Staff:

Utilizing the Nutritional Information section allows you to:

  • Gain clear oversight of user activity and progress.

  • Gather valuable information to provide targeted, effective assistance.

  • Proactively manage user settings and resources (like meal plans) to help them achieve their goals.

This feature serves as your central hub for understanding and supporting each user's nutritional journey within the platform.
