Step-by-Step Guide:
Access Messaging: Log in to your Nutrogen dashboard and navigate to the Messaging section in the left-hand sidebar. (Screenshot at 0:11 shows the Messaging tab in the sidebar).
Understand Chat Types: Choose the chat type that fits your communication needs:
Personal Chat: Private 1-on-1 conversations unique to your login. These are not visible to other admins or staff members. (Screenshot at 0:34 shows the Personal Chat interface).
Business Chat: Entity-level conversations visible to all admins and staff with the correct permissions within your client account or branch. (Screenshot at 0:51 shows the Business Chat interface).
Start a New Conversation: Click the + Create New button at the bottom of the screen. (Screenshot at 2:09 shows the button to initiate a new chat).
Select Participants: Use the tabs to find Users, Staff, or Branches. Check the box next to one person for a private chat or multiple people to start a group. (Screenshot at 2:11 shows the participant selection window).
Set Up a Group Chat: When multiple participants are selected, enter a Chat Name (such as "Spring Weight Loss Group") and click Create Chat. (Screenshot at 2:18 shows naming a group chat).
Manage Chat Details: Click the chat name or the three dots (options) in the top right corner to view Group Details. Here you can add new members, rename the group, or view a history of shared links and media. (Screenshot at 3:15 shows the Group Details panel).
Share Nutrition Content: Provide instant value by clicking the Attach icon (paperclip) in the message bar. You can send specific items directly from the Food Database, Recipes, or Meal Plans. (Screenshot at 3:41 shows the attachment menu).
Organize Your Inbox: Open the "Options" menu on any chat to Pin important conversations to the top, mark them as a Favorite, or Mute notifications for less urgent threads. (Screenshot at 4:20 shows the chat organization menu).
Filter Your View: Use the filter tabs at the top of your chat list to quickly see Unread, Read, or Favorite messages. (Screenshot at 4:12 shows the inbox filters).
