Step-by-Step Guide:
Access the Gamification Menu: Log in to the Nutrogen platform and click on Gamification in the left-hand menu to expand the sub-options. (Screenshot at 0:50 shows the menu options).
Monitor the Main Dashboard: Select Dashboard to view the Engagement Snapshot. Here, you can track active users, participation rates, and points issued versus points redeemed. (Screenshot at 0:56 shows the Engagement Snapshot).
Review Trends Over Time and Cohort Engagement to see how new, returning, and dormant users are interacting with the platform.
Check Challenge Effectiveness and Health Alerts to identify if task or milestone completions are dropping across your branches.
Review Daily Tasks: Click on Tasks to see a list of short-term, often daily, actions users perform to earn small amounts of points. Common tasks include "Log Daily Diary Item" or "Gym Check-in." (Screenshot at 1:04 shows the Task Overview).
Oversee Milestones: Navigate to Milestones to monitor multi-day consistency goals. These require more effort than daily tasks—such as a "3-Day Hydration Streak"—and award users a medium amount of points. (Screenshot at 1:37 shows the Milestones list).
Track Long-Term Challenges: Select Challenges to manage goals that span 7 days or more. These are typically composed of multiple tasks and offer the highest point rewards to drive sustained engagement. (Screenshot at 2:00 shows the Challenges overview).
Compare Leaderboards: Use the Leaderboards section to view rankings. You can toggle between the End-User Leaderboard to see individual top performers and the Branch Leaderboard to compare engagement levels across different branch locations. (Screenshot at 2:44 shows the Leaderboard toggle).
Monitor User Battles: Click on Battles to view peer-to-peer competitions. Users can challenge friends to specific goals (like "Most steps in a week") and wager their earned points. The system automatically analyzes the data and awards the total "pot" to the winner. (Screenshot at 3:10 shows the Battles Overview).
Note: Increased engagement through gamification not only reduces user churn but also feeds into the Nutrogen rewards system, creating potential new revenue streams for your branches. For more details on rewards, please refer to our guides in the "Shop" section.
