Managing and Displaying Nutrogen Gamification Leaderboards

This article explains how Nutrogen administrators can use leaderboards to track user engagement, identify top performers, compare branches, and broadcast real-time competition data to TVs or monitors within their facilities.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Access the Leaderboard Section: From the admin dashboard, navigate to the left-hand menu, select Gamification, and click on Leaderboards. (Visual at 0:02)

  2. Filter Your Data: Use the dropdown menus at the top of the page to filter rankings by specific branches, timeframes (e.g., last 30 days), and specific performance pillars like Nutrition, Activity, Sleep, or Readiness. (Visual at 0:25)

  3. Review the Leaderboard Overview: View high-level stats including the Top Score, number of Ranked Users, and the Biggest Climber (the user who has gained the most rank positions recently). (Visual at 0:30)

  4. Identify Users Falling Behind: Scroll to the bottom of the leaderboard to view the Falling Behind section. This helps identify previously engaged users who may need additional support or outreach. (Visual at 0:35)

  5. Compare Specific Users: Click the Compare Users button in the top right. Select multiple users from the list to see a side-by-side comparison of their points, tasks, milestones, and challenges. (Visual at 0:54)

  8. Set Up a Live Display: To broadcast a leaderboard to a TV or monitor:
