Step-by-Step Guide:
You can manage your Nutrogen plan in two different ways:
Method 1: Through Your Client Profile
Access Client Profile: From the Nutrogen dashboard, click on your profile icon in the top right corner. (0:08)
View Client Profile: Select "View Client Profile". (0:09)
Navigate to Package Information: On the client profile page, click the "Package Information" tab. (0:15)
Manage Your Plan: You’ll see options to:
Pause: Click "Pause" to immediately suspend your subscription and access to all branches and end users. (0:48)
Cancel: Click "Cancel" to terminate your subscription at the end of the current billing period. (1:00)
Update: Click "Update" to upgrade or downgrade your plan. (1:11)
Method 2: Through the Finance Section
Navigate to Finance: From the Nutrogen dashboard, click "Finance" in the left-hand menu. (0:26)
Select My Plans: Choose "My Plans" from the "Finance" menu. (0:29)
Manage Your Plan: The same "Package Information" page will appear as with Method 1, allowing you to Pause, Cancel, or Update your plan. (0:33)
Updating Your Plan:
Click Update: Click the "Update" button to view available plans. (1:15)
Choose Your New Plan: Select the plan you want to switch to (monthly or annual). (1:16)
Upgrade: You'll immediately gain access to new features and a new billing cycle.
Downgrade: The package will change at the end of the current billing period.
Follow Prompts: Continue following the prompts provided to confirm your new plan.
Important Considerations:Pausing your account will immediately prevent access to all branches and users on the system.
Downgrading will take place at the end of the currently active billing period. Upgrading will take place immediately.
By following these steps, you can easily manage your Nutrogen plan directly within the platform, without requiring third-party assistance.
